Driving up the coast of California has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I highly recommend it to anyone who gets the chance. Never so much have I felt the extreme power of nature and the ocean. I tried to capture it in some of the photos. These massive waves crashing 500 feet in the air off the side of jagged rocks. I think the most amazing thing I saw was this one singular home and lighthouse on the top of a huge piece of earth with one road leading up. I sware I’ve seen something similar in a movie- but never real life.
The second day we spent most of the day driving from Cambria (where we stayed the night in a little bed and breakfast) to San Francisco where we arrived late at night. I don’t know what inspired me to wear bell bottoms but I always like to change things up a bit. These have to be the oldest jeans in my closet… J Brand circa 2006. I struggled a good 5 minutes to squeeze into them.
The sweater I love it’s the perfect mix of cozy and sporty chic. Paired with my bright beanie which I took on and off as the temperatures changed.
Tomorrow it’s San Francisco. So anyone reading from SF send me your suggestions of where I should visit. I’ve only been twice before. :)
