this week i’m really loving Wayuu Taya bags. i think in part because it gets me in the mood for summer… to visit a tropical jungle wearing just a bathing suit, white tee and one of these bags. i loved them before i even knew the story and now that i know im obsessed!! The bags are hand-made by Wayuú indigenous women at Shukumajaya, the foundation’s women center that helps educate women. The proceeds from the sale of the bags go to benefiting the Wayuú indigenous people. They are currently available on Revolve. So cute. I just ordered the brown and hot pink one. These bags are so cute and a must have for summer. And they run relatively cheap at about $130 a bag. When you know it’s going towards a good cause.. how can you say no?
