Hong Kong Photo Diary

HK13web
My first experience in Asia was a magical one. On our way to Bali we decided to stop for 3 days in Hong Kong. The only mistake we made was not staying longer! 3 days was not enough to do and see everything we wanted to; but long enough to make me fall in love with the city. It literally is the jungle meets the concrete jungle. Staggering skyscrapers jutting out of lush green forests. The food, the people, the shopping- everything (but the crazy humidity in July) was amazing. And everyone speaks English, I was so surprised I had no idea. It really is the New York of Asia. We stayed at the beautiful Four Seasons in Hong Kong which was the perfect location and close to everything. Not to mention attached the the Lane Crawford store which was deadly for my wallet haha! But I did score a great pair of Balenciagas on sale!! Click through all the photos above to see where we went, where we stayed and what we did- everything from the best coffee shop to must visit night markets! And you have to put Hong Kong on your list of must visits if you haven’t been already!

  • Welcome to my Hong Kong photo diary. Click through to see all my recommendations!

  • Must see: The skyline at night from Kowloon. Quite easily the most incredible skyline in the world

  • Must see: the wet markets in the Central part of Hong Kong. There sure isn’t anything like this in California

  • Take the ferry across the harbor to Kowloon to visit Temple Street and the night markets. Much more of a local environment.

  • The best pool in Hong Kong- at the Four Seasons. We stayed here and it was AMAZING!

  • The view from our room at the Four Seasons Hotel. Such a perfect location- close to everything.

  • Best place for Sangria with a view: Sevva

  • Exploring the streets of Central

  • What I’m wearing: Dress: Equipment  |  Shoes: Jimmy Choo  | Bag: Phillip Lim  | Sunnies: Celine

  • Must Eat: Yardbird in Central Hong Kong.

  • Butchers at the wet markets.

  • The view from Sevva.

  • Best Coffee: Elephant Grounds coffee inside Waow Store

  • Spa at The Four Seasons Hong Kong

  • Can’t get over this view!

  • Most of the housing in Hong Kong.

  • View from the highest bar in the world- Ozone (it’s on the 118th floor) Crazy!

  • Fresh veggies.

  • Hong Kong purchase: Balenciagas on sale at Lane Crawford.

  • Walking around the Kowloon area of Hong Kong.

  • Best juice spot: Pressed Juices in Hong Kong. SO good!!

  • Temple Street Night Market. All kinds of knock offs- from Givenchy to Chanel to Apple products. All pretty bad quality though lol.

  • My HK fashion babe- Cindiddy.

Love your photos in HK. I live in Asia and i know the weather is so annoying in Summer, i don’t even want to walk out of the room.
Btw i love your website more than the previous one. Except for one thing, when i click through the photos, it’s like refresh the website again,
and it takes times for me to view the photos. Maybe a little adjustment?
