I wanted to share these before the 4th of July weekend festivities, for those of you who are looking for last-minute, quick and easy ideas on what to bring to your 4th of July party or BBQ. These hors d’oeuvres are fun, easy and aesthetically pleasing for any summer occasion and you don’t need many ingredients.
Cantaloupe (1 cantaloupe makes 12 skewers so buy 2 if you want 24)
1/4-1/3 lb prosciutto ( I bought 1/3 lb and had enough for 24 skewers)
balsamic vinegar (for caprese)
olive oil (for caprese)
