I’ve been posting a lot of editorial style posts lately, projects I’ve worked on, and larger photoshoots i’ve put together, because it’s been such a career focus for me lately- but don’t think I’ve forgotten about where this all started; off-duty style.
What do I wear on all my days “off”, when I’m not glammed up in a designer dress in front of the camera? What do I wear in my normal day to day life? I guess I’m not totally “normal”, but believe it or not I’m more often than not just a tee and jeans girl.
Despite what you might think I’m easy really with it comes to clothes and my closet isn’t as big as you’d assume, cause I’m all about the accessories. For me, a perfect white tee and vintage jeans is my day to day go to. But it’s really about how you dress it up and put your own spin on it that really shows your “style.”. I love a good pop of red, not to mention it’s been such a trend this year- I’ve acquired quite the red accessory collection. I got these Ferragamo Buckle sunnies
(which I also own in white) in red for a fun summer twist. Paired with the perfect red suede pumps, a leopard print bag and a chic watch
turns a simple street look into the runway.
Oh and how could I forget to mention the necklace? Straight off the Ferragamo runway I remember dying over it at the show in Milan- it’s colored blown glass and just stunning. Styling and Creative Direction: Shea Marie
